Brief history in facts:

1996: date of establishment of Audit firm «Rada Ltd». Group of professionals in audit, bookkeeping and

tax consulting has participated in establishment of the company.

The firm has received License for the right to perform auditing activities (No. 001575 issued by Audit Chamber

of Ukraine on 04.06.1996).


1996-1999: Audit firm «Rada Ltd» has taken an active part in establishment of Corporation “Audit Group

of Ukraine”. As a member of Corporation Audit firm «Rada Ltd» has participated in large projects for: OJSC “Mykolaiv Alumina Plant”, OJSC “Ukrtelecom”, OJSC “Kryvorizhstal”, Kherson Oil Refinery Plant.


Audit firm «Rada Ltd» participates in the projects of the Department of Public Corporate Rights Management.


1999: The employees of the company actively retrain. In particular, Pavlo Lobov has received auditor’s certificate of A and B series (for banking activities).


2001: The Company has received Registration Certificate of Auditor Register No. 1575 issued under resolution

of Audit Chamber of Ukraine No. 101 dated 18.05.2001 (today period of validity has been extended till March 31, 2016).


2002: The Company has participated in large projects under request of OJSC “Vimm-Bill-Dann Foodstuffs” (Russia).


2003: The Company is successfully developing audit of insurance companies; number of insurance companies increases. The Company has signed the contract with the insurance company “Ukrainian Fire & Insurance Company” as one of the leading insurance companies.


2004: The Company has signed the contract with CJSC Insurance Company “Brokbusinessinsurance” (today Insurance Company “BROKBUSINESS”) as the leading company and our client till now.


2004-2005: In addition to audit services, the Company successfully develops new field of activities - outsourcing including bookkeeping and tax accounting of the clients.

Staff of the company increases; the Company establishes separate outsourcing department. Today the company has about thirty clients for bookkeeping and tax accounting.


2006: Audit firm «Rada Ltd» has celebrated decennary of the company.


In honor of anniversary the Company receives appreciation certificate from the newspaper office “Everything about bookkeeping” for considerable contribution to development of audit activities in Ukraine.


Partner of the Company Pavlo Lobov has passed examination in module of financial statements in the Certified Accountants Association in July 2006 and he has been qualified by the Certified Accountants Association (IFR)

in International standards of financial accounting.


2007: The Company successfully develops audit of insurance companies, number of insurance companies increases. The Company has signed the contract with the insurance company “Ukrainian Ecological Insurance Company”.


2008: Audit firm has moved to a new office located at the address: Kyiv, 2/37, Leiptsigska Street.

Number of insurance companies as the clients of the firm has increased significantly. The Company has signed the contract with the insurance company “Illichivska” as one of the leading insurance companies and our client till now.


The Company successfully develops banking audit. During many years the Company audits OJSC “International Commercial Bank”. When the owner changed in 2008, OJSC “PIRAEUS BANK ICB” has approved resolution to continue cooperation with our company.


2010: The Company has signed the contract with the insurance company “PZU Ukraine” as one of the leading insurance companies of Ukraine.


2011: One of the partners of the Company has completed training course in International standards of financial accounting for the banks.


Audit firm «Rada Ltd» has successfully completed external audit of quality control system for audit services formed under the requirements of audit standards, professional ethics code of the auditors, legal and normative requirements that regulate auditing activities confirmed with Conformity Certificate of quality control system issued by Audit Chamber of Ukraine (No. 0178, resolution of Audit Chamber of Ukraine dated 03.11.2011, No. 240/5).


New corporate website has been developed.


Today Audit firm «Rada Ltd» is dynamically developing. «Rada Ltd» has about 80 clients. Active audit practice

at Ukrainian market, intimate knowledge of operation particulars and conditions of the enterprises and financial institutions, competence of our employees ensure full range of audit and consulting services.
